Job Responsibilities:

Take and process customers’ orders in an accurate and timely manner. Work within operational procedures to ensure the food and beverage preparation process remains within Company and Municipality guidelines. Work efficiently to control the wastage of food and non-food items. Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation on the Counter at all times. Maintain operational proficiency. Responded to clients’ questions, issues and complaints and implemented appropriate solutions.Provide exemplary customer service to new and existing clients, which helped build lasting relationships.

Job Requirements:
