  • Jobs in Dubai to communicate and coordinate with other departments and superiors in order to fulfill customers’ needs. First point of customer contact for general inquiries, like product availability, pricing, shipment scheduling, etc.
  • To ensure efficient delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and fast processing of sales orders. Provides logistics support for the domestic and international movement of the company’s products in any mode of transportation.
  • To builds and maintain a dynamic business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service, so as to promote customers loyalty and business goals achievement

Duties and Responsibilities For Jobs In Dubai:

  • Receive orders/inquiries via phone, e-mail, and skype, and enter orders into the system.
  • Place purchase orders and confirm sale/buy prices.
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers. Arrange equipment, loading/unloading schedule, and requirements.
  • Track and trace shipment movements to ensure availability, estimate loading dates and transit times,
  • Schedule future orders. Maintain and update system database regarding customers, products, suppliers, and pricing.
  • Enter data starting from Sales Quotation up to Commercial Invoicing.
  • Compile invoice information monthly for summary billing to certain customers.
  • Communicate with customers on the shipping schedule, pricing, product availability, and product/shipping.
  • Documentation, sample request and loading requirements, and order confirmation. Forecast, gather, input, and coordinate inventory activity data to accurately reflect product movement,
  • Ensures product availability for future orders/shipments.
Responsible :
  • Preparation and application of shipping documents (e.g. packing list, COO – country of origin, Attestation, and Legalization to concerned embassies of the consignee)
  • Follow up for pending and outstanding payments and pending offers or quotations.
  • Preparation of Sales Quotations, Proforma Invoice and Sales Invoice.
  • Preparation of PO (Purchase Order), AP Invoice ( Supplier Invoice).
