Charterhouse is working with a leading Regional Firm, Jobs In Dubai which wants to hire a Commercial Disputes Associate (4/6 PQE) to join their expanding team in Dubai.

This role will handle corporate and commercial disputes, supporting the DIFC Commercial Disputes Litigation Practise and assisting with arbitration matters.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Disputes Associate to join a market-leading team in the Middle East, working alongside established Partners and other Fee Earners.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must be Common Law qualified, with White Book/UK disputes experience. To be considerable for this role, you must also have 4-6 years post-qualifing experience, preferably with on-the-ground/DIFC experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential. You must have experience in the related field for applying for this job.
